Links to Brian's other websites
The current PORTFOLIO website is part of a wider set of websites run by Art & Science Factory, LLC. Here are the links to those websites, which address different parts of my work across the visual arts, complexity sciences, public scholarship, and interdisciplinary practice. Together, they trace the wider landscape of the Art & Science Factory, related artistic projects, academic research, and broader professional activities.
Here is a simple overview of the links

Art & Science Factory, LLC.
Founded by Brian Castellani in 2009, the Art & Science Factory, LLC is an interdisciplinary platform bringing together his work across contemporary art, the humanities, and the complexity sciences to explore social, psychological, and environmental complexity through research, visual practice, and public engagement.

This website presents the wider range of Brian Castellani’s visual art practice across painting, drawing, assemblage, wire sculpture, installation, exhibitions, and speculative visual works. Unlike the current portfolio website, which focuses on recent and developing work, this site provides a broader view of projects across different periods, themes, and media.
Sociology and Complexity Science Blog
Founded in 2009 and receiving more than 550,000 visits, The Sociology and Complexity Blog provides the wider theoretical and methodological context for the visual complexity and entanglement informing Brian Castellani’s artistic practice, based on his work in the complexity sciences, sociology, clinical psychology, public health, environmental change, and interdisciplinary research.

Brian Castellani is Professor of Sociology at Durham University, Director of the Durham Research Methods Centre, and Co-Director of the Wolfson Research Institute for Health and Wellbeing. His work focuses on the complexity sciences, public health, environmental change, interdisciplinary methods, and visual complexity, combining research across the social sciences, humanities, and contemporary art.
